Buying or selling a home?

Electrical surveys are a growing trend of both buyers and sellers, partly because of proposed moves to seller's packs, and partly because of the more stringent regulations of electrical safety. Building surveyors are trained to recognise some of the indications of poor installations but, generally speaking, they are not qualified electricians.

For the seller, an electrical survey can assure prospective buyers that the property they intend to purchase is safe, and remove potential sticking points over price. Changing light fittings, switches and sockets might enhance the value of your property, just like redecoration prior to sale.

24 hour Emergency Service

We provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency service to our clients. We pride ourselves on providing fully trained and experienced engineers who will always be available to help you.

Work will be allocated to the nearest engineer to keep travelling time to a minimum and to ensure the quickest possible response. You can also be assured that with an extensive selection of suppliers Express Property Group will waste no time in resolving your emergency.

Assurance and accountability

As an NICEIC approved contractor we can offer householders accountability and assurance of the highest standards. £2 million of public liability insurance and a test certificate for all work. Each certificate is a legally binding document with a serial number traceable to our business via the NICEIC. All NICEIC qualified electricians have the most up to date technical back up and their customers are entitled to a full complaints procedure.
